Calling them beta-goals is probably speaking too formally.  They were
just the tasks (glue-code, mostly) I listed with every weekly image.  I
originally put the list together through conversations with James Vasile
over what needed to be done before we could really call something a
ready-for-non-developers-who-want-to-test-a-freedombox-in-development
release.
