FYI
Retroshare now has GPG based secure 'chat lobbies'. I've tested them
out and they seem pretty cool. Quite similar to IRC, but all traffic
is encrypted.
I know that Nick, Alex, Michiel are already on the network. Is it
worth setting up a secure freedombox chat lobby?

Hi Social-Swarmers,
Just a quick note to let you know that Retroshare is about to release
its next stable version V0.5.3a.
We haven't done one for 6 months ( ~300 SVN commits ), so there are
some significant improvements:
- Connectivity is much improved, and we've solved our disconnection issue ;)
- Cleaner Install, with sensible defaults, so we don't need a Startup Wizard.
- New IRC-style Chat-Rooms - which are working well.
- Too many other bug-fixes to enumerate.
The website is not fully up-to-date, but you can download the
installers directly from here:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/retroshare/files/RetroShare/0.5.3a/
Would be very interested to get feedback,
and we can setup a social-swarmers RS network - If anyone is interested?
Thx,
DrBob.
