I have made a proposal myself: AnonBox!
it's an debian 6.0 tarball with social,storage

1. Uses DNS from OpenNic as Root & dot-bit as addon.
it's yet centralized but a nice point to start with it.
All DNS lookups are forwarded over the TOR network.
2.
Friendica 2.3: has a nice abillity changing contact URLs (Repairing a
contact)
that comes in handy in event of a domain seizure/censorship

PS.:I test my vodafone 3G in coming week with it.
