[Freedombox-discuss] updates to plinth

I just updated Plinth with a close-to-final version of the default theme.

...it's only slightly different than the version I sent around in the
past.  Comments welcome.

>From this point on, I'm going to concentrate on the actual Plinth
modules and some incremental changes to them.  There's a lot that needs
to be done, and I think you'll find we can make some big steps forward
without completely revamping the interface.  So, anyone who's interested
please contact me, and we'll put together a plan.
