Juju seems neat.

None of the Juju charms I've looked into even have a hook to remove
and clean up their installed services.  If I understand it correctly,
charm removal/cleanup should be supported, right?

I'm trying to use something similar (ExMachina) for FBuddy's SSH-VPN
service right now, but I think I need to fix a few bugs in it first.
