Sadly it seems the web-based Libervia frontend isn't packaged. Would
probably be good to track that separately and also to ask package
maintainers of those other sat-xmpp-* packages if they are planning on
packaging that as well.
I have no experience with it, just reading the long descriptins, but
sat-xmpp-libervia could become the (far better) replacement for jwchat
which pere has noticed seems dead upstream and poorly maintained in
Debian.
