Please try sending FreedomBox for evaluation.

As the #NewDistro reference says, it's someone who contributes
maintaining FreedomBox that has to submit it.

For now, I can only suggest it to be done.

Also, that one is no longer "Ubuntu", so it's entirely different
project, besides, the one you say has lot's of Ubuntu-crap removed. :)
