[Freedombox-discuss] Error installing mediawiki

After a restart and some messing around (cannot go into details, just
tried to clean up old config files and undid this afterwards), the app
is installing.But now I get an error message running mediawiki:

But both are installed:

According to aptitude all dependencies are installed.
A restart did not change the situation this time. What is missing?
