I ran into this, and upgraded from the version in buster to the version
in unstable, without any luck. I had to replace the cert block in
/usr/bin/pagekite to get it working.  But in the process I discovered
that the new version is providing a lot higher bandwidth than the old
one.  The slow version was 0.5.9.3-2.
