Follow the section "Using after Setup"
https://salsa.debian.org/freedombox-team/freedombox/-/blob/master/HACKING.md#using-after-setup

Simply starting the container doesn't start the FreedomBox service. You 
have to run `freedombox-develop` inside the container.

Then you can visit https://<container-ip> in a browser.

If you missed noting the container ip when the container started, you 
can open another terminal and run `./container ip` to get it.
