This likely is bug #2069[1]. A fix is available and will likely be 
present in tomorrow's release[2]. Meanwhile, it would be great help if 
you can report on whether the workaround[3] works well. The workaround 
is to add the following two lines to /etc/coturn/freedombox.conf:

listening-ip = ::
listening-ip = ::1
