The current Freedombox install instructions at 
https://freedombox.org/download/ recommend Etcher. Is there any reason 
why Etcher is not in Debian?

As a side note, the illustrated hardware called an "SD-USB adapter" by 
the caption in the video, but not the sound track, actually seems to be 
an SD card adapter, and a genuine USB adapter might well not work.
