Hello,

TT-RSS app is no longer available since release of Debian 13 Trixie as
it was dropped from Debian repositories. For users installing recent
FreedomBox image or installing FreedomBox in Debian Trixie based
distributions, the app is already not available for installation. It
will be removed from the app list soon. For users who have installed
TT-RSS app on an older FreedomBox setup, the app continues to work but
it is not receiving security updates. So, you should soon migrate away
from it.

Miniflux app is a nice replacement for TT-RSS. It works with many
independent mobile apps as it implements a popular news reader API.
Nextcloud News could also be an exciting alternative but it has not been
tested and documented yet.

Migration:

1. In your existing TT-RSS app, export feeds as OPML file. The exported
file contains a list of RSS/ATOM feed URLs.
2. In the new app, say Miniflux, import the OPML file.

Currently, we don’t know of a way to import the feed items, feed
categories, or bookmarks.

We always regret having to drop support for an app that people are using
and try to keep it working for as long as we can (as we did with TT-RSS
for last Debian release cycle).
