As soon as I enable Javascript on the page, menu collapses and works as 
expected. The behavior you are seeing is as if Javascript is disabled. I 
don't know why you are seeing that with Javascrit set to enabled.

This time I tested the Plinth interface also. Also, to get to roundcube 
you can manually type https://mydomain.example/roundcube directly in the 
address bar.
