[Freedombox-discuss] FreedomBox 26.13 released

FreedomBox 26.13 has been released and uploaded to Debian unstable.
Typically, the freedombox package will migrate to testing in 2 days, and
then can be uploaded to stable-backports.

Highlight of this release:

 * wireguard: Fix issues with QR codes and config download

Other changes in this release:

 * gitlab-ci: Set default artifact expiry to 3 months
 * locale: Update translations for Chinese (Simplified Han script)
 * storage: tests: Fix a failure from psutil change
 * wireguard: Don't setup server implicitly
