[Freedombox-pkg-team] Request for uploading django-stronhold

Hello,

Packages plinth and freedombox-setup are headed for removal on 1st
September due to FTBFS bug #828658 in django-stronghold.  This is due
the package not supporting Django 1.10.  James Valleroy has already
submitted a patch upstream sometime ago but merge+release has not
happened yet.

To avoid removal of plinth and freedombox-setup, we need to patch the
Debian package with Django 1.10 support like we did for Django 1.9.  I
have already done the necessary work and pushed the necessary changes to
alioth.  I have run the tests using Python2 and Python3 with Django 1.10
(these are also run during package build) and tested with Plinth that
features of stronghold are working as expected.

I request for an upload of this package with urgency.  All that should
be necessary is verification and upload.
