Some more points:
- NetworkManager 1.4 is already in Debian unstable.
- The old configuration keys are now deprecated.
- The new key's value can be set globally for all connections both
current and future by editing /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf
(see man page). This is probably the best way for us take care of this
feature. Perhaps we should have a new 'Settings' tab in network
connections that will let the user choose the type of randomization
(default: random). In case of problems, they can change to 'stable' or
'none'.
