[Freedombox-pkg-team] Bug#825842: Plinth does not change the user on ikiwiki under /var/www

Version: 0.9.2-1

Noticed that when ikiwiki is installed the user associated with the
directory /var/www/ikiwiki is root:root and not www-data:www-data
It should I believe be the latter instead of the former.

This is running from the latest Freedombox nightly image of that is debian
