This is an old symlink not used anymore.  Created a patch to remove it:

This is a workaround for a bug in libjs-jsxc.
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=838183 . I don't see a
way to remove these links without fixing this bug.

Plinth installs libjs-jsxc using apt for users interested in it.  Until
then we don't want to add hard dependency (due the nature for FreedomBox
having many applications that are optional for most users).
