[Freedombox-pkg-team] Bug#941015: Autopkgtests fail by using the now dropped py2 binary

Hi,
the autopkgtests of django-ranged-response fail since the last upload.
This is due to the dropped py2 binary as the tests in d/t/control
still want to install and test it.

Obvious suggestion is to remove the tests as well, but that is up to you.

P.S. I also found the same happened to python-django-gravatar2, could
there be more and all with the same pattern?
