Please unblock package freedombox

[ Reason ]
FreedomBox has a feature to help dist-upgrade a Debian stable system
to the next stable release. This requires checking the current release
in apt's sources file (we use augeas to parse the file). However there
was a mistake in how we handle the contents of the file, where a comment
line will cause an error that prevents the dist-upgrade from being
started.

[ Impact ]
FreedomBox systems that we set up using Debian installer are likely to
have comment lines in the apt sources file. These systems would not be
able to use our automated dist-upgrade feature, unless the comment
lines were removed.

[ Tests ]
Manually tested that with the patch, dist-upgrade can be triggered
when there is a comment in /etc/apt/sources.list.

[ Risks ]
Code is very trivial, and it should not affect any other feature.
