Please unblock package freedombox

[ Reason ]
freedombox 25.9.2 has an important fix for the dependencies of its Performance
app, which relies on cockpit and pcp. It also includes updated translations.

[ Impact ]
Performance app cannot be installed on trixie. In addition, if the app was
installed on bookworm and then the system is upgraded to trixie, it will block
other FreedomBox apps from being uninstalled.

[ Tests ]
I manually tested installing and uninstalling the app on trixie. I also tested
dist-upgrade from bookworm with the app installed.

[ Risks ]
The change is quite simple, providing an alternate fallback package in case
cockpit-pcp is not available.
