Yes that's exactly what I meant :)
AFAICT Debian does not have the manpower to monitor mailing lists in
this regard, the volume is simply too big[1].

IMVHO[2] the guideline is a bit unrealistic for a big community distro
where the main support channels are open mailing lists.

mailing lists almost 6 years now
