I dont think duplicating the list into more wikis will be useful. Rather, the existing bug lists mentioned earlier in this thread should be expanded with information from there with issues relevant to debian.

since debbugs grew support for usertagging it seems to have become the defacto way of keeping lists of issues affecting packages.

(A handy feature for moin in debian would be to include bug lists via usertags, but i digress.)
