Yes, unar is the command-line version of The Unarchiver and supports
RAR v3. unrar-free is the older RAR decompressor that does not support
RAR v3. Both are in Debian main, but the author of the RAR format is
contesting the legitimacy of RAR support of unar/The Unarchiver.
