  don't run dmidecode.exe on Win2003

dmidecode.exe generates segfault on Win2003. We ensure we are on Win2003+
Windows before the execution.

  relax the “bad software” filter

previously, we were rejecting Uninstall registry entry with
less than 3 keys. I reduce to 2, to reduce the number of false
positive, as reported by Claude Duvergier.
