I use Strawberry Perl here. I never tried yet to install the agent on
Windows with the classic Makefile.PL. For now, I only grab the sources and
run it with the --devlib flag directly from the source directory.
How the OCSWinAgent works? MHO is that the perl stuff is a little bit

This branch is still very experimental. Our goal is to keep just one unique
agent for all the OS in order to speed up new feature inclusion and to be
more reactive. As you know It's way more easy to provide a patch when the
code is interpreted. I'm sure because of that we will get some new kind of
contributions, for example, to detect the Anti virus software.
Yes, the installation size will be more important, but I think this will be
acceptabe regarding the size of harddrive nowadays. We plan to strip all the
useless part of the perl distribution to reduce the size (gcc, doc, etc).
