Can you try to remove these lines
use threads;
use threads::shared;
 in fusioninventory-agent, lib/FusionInventory/Agent/Targets.pm,
lib/FusionInventory/Agent/Task/Inventory.pm and
lib/FusionInventory/Logger.pm

This is definitely something we need to fix properly.
