I succeed to run the agent with a FusionInventory distribution
installed in c:/Program Files/perl,
so I think we can let the user decide what he want.

Looks great :) Thank you for sharing.

Some remark.
You should call the product FusionInventory Agent, not
FusionInventory. FusionInventory is the project name, not the
software.
About the size of the distribution, you can drop the c dir (78MB) from
Strawberry distribution. I can also save 27MB if I remove the .a, .h
and .pod files in the perl directory. In this case, the
Perl distribution is "just" 60MB.
