[Fusioninventory-devel] Anonymous write to the forge restricted

Hi,

Today, the forge had been attached by a spammer. Obviously, they have a tool
able to edit Wiki bug and Bugs. That's why I decided to turn off the write
access for anonymous users. Sorry for that but an account is now required to
create and edit bug.
