[Fusioninventory-devel] wake on lan changes

Hello list.

I just commited a bunch of changes for the wake on lan task in 2.3.x branch:
- a new standalone executable fusioninventory-wakeonlan, allowing to 
test without a GLPI server, specifying the list of methods to use
- the ethernet method now loads the proper tools module to get its 
interface list (linux was hardcoded previously)
- the udp method now correctly sets the SO_BROADCAST flag on the socket
- there is more error checking and reporting

I also commited two of these changes as fixes in 2.2.x branch.

I'm not convinced of the interest of calling an external tool, that will 
obviously relies on either of those low-level methods anyway...
