I'm discovering this proposal tool.

The last suggested function 'runCommand' is definitevely not a good 
idea, especially in an information-retrieval API. Unless you have some 
way to restrict the list of allowed commands to ensure they can't be 
used to modify agent host state, you'd better not play this game.

What is missing, however, is some getFileContent function, which is far 
less dangerous.
