Done in commit #414a7d1: PCIID has been splitted into VENDORID and
PRODUCTID.
Now I'm a bit unsatisfied by having VENDORID and MANUFACTURER elements,
whereas I'd prefer VENDORID and VENDOR, or MANUFACTURERID and MANUFACTURER.
