[Fusioninventory-user] PAD XML Portable Application Description

While looking at some useful Win32 software on nirsoft.net, i came
across something that may or may not already be done:

If you have a software listing Web site, and you want to add the
utilities from NirSoft into your Web site, you can download a
collection of PAD files that contains essential information about most
utilities available in this Web site. You can also download a text
file containing links to all available PAD files on NirSoft Web site.
Each PAD file contains all information you need in order to list a
program in your Web site: program name, version, release date, program
category, descriptions, link to download the program, link to
screenshot, and so on...
When a new version of program is released, the corresponding pad file
is automatically updated with the new version. For more information

The following is free software to setup your own website of
http://pad.asp-software.org/webmasters.php

With this, an inventory of software could always know what versions
are out-of-date.  So when there is a new version available, we would
know right away.  Of course, a crowd sourcing solution like sumo_lite
would still be needed as well to handle software that does not use the
PAD spec.
