[Fusioninventory-user] Imposible to force an inventory from GLPI in windows clients

   Hello to all,

   My FusionInventory for GLPI v0.80+1.0 test environment is as following:

      .- The server
         .- Ubuntu Server 10.04.3 LTS (Lucid Lynx) - Architecture AMD64
         .- OCS Inventory NG Management Server v2.0
         .- GLPI v0.80.5
            .- GLPI v0.80.5 Agents
               .- FusionInventory for GLPI v0.80+1.0 (old v2.4.0)
                  .- FusionInventory v2.4.0
                  .- FusionInventory INVENTORY v2.4.0
                  .- FusionInventory SNMP v2.4.0
               .- Shell Commands v1.4.0
               .- Bays Management v1.2.0 (Fixed)

      .- The agents
         .- FusionInventory-Agent v2.1.12-1 (for Windows)
         .- FusionInventory-Agent v2.1.11-1 (for Windows)
         .- FusionInventory-Agent v2.1.10-2 (for Windows)
         .- FusionInventory-Agent v2.1.9-3 (for Windows)
         .- FusionInventory-Agent v2.1.10-1 (for GNU/Linux)
         .- FusionInventory-Agent v2.1.9-3 (for GNU/Linux)

   I am having problems when I try to launch an inventory from 'FusInv
Task' tab ('Force Inventory' button) of any of my Windows computers.

   Inside of 'FusInv Task' tab, the agent status is: 'Available'. The
FusionInventory-Agent service in the Windows client is started and is
running. The firewall of Windows client is disabled. All seems correct
but when do click in 'Force Inventory' button, an error appears on top
of the window: 'Impossible to communicate with agent!'.

   This is the only entry than I have in the log file of FusionInventory
Agent in the windows client:

      "[Fri Nov 25 10:50:49 2011][debug] [RPC] 10.36.9.191 request /status"

   This error happens with all FusionInventory Agents for Windows
(v2.1.9-3, v2.1.10-2, v2.1.11-1 and v2.1.12-1) but, '¡cáspita!' works
perfectly with all FusionInventory Agents for GNU/Linux (v2.1.9-3 and
v2.1.10-1).

   Any suggestions?
