[Fusioninventory-user] How to lock a FusionInventory field for all items

I've found there is a setting on individual inventory items to lock 
particular fields, but we are going to have thousands of inventory items. 
How can we specify a field that should be locked and not updated by 
fusioninventory-agent?

We are using:

Scientific Linux 6.0
GLPI 0.78.5 
FusionInventory2.3.6
