Ahem, i'm not so confident on perl, expecially perl on windows, to do a
manual install, consdiering perl dependencing resolving and deploy...
i hope on a reply from Tomás...

Ahem, i'm not a DD, and my knowledge on debian package is still very
rudimentary... but at least i can help on tests, eg, i can build and
test debian package myself, if needed. ;-)
