Thanks for the quick answer ! 

I've try with allowoverride ALL in glpi <Directory> section in apache conf but import goes to 1140 and again Fatal error. I don't find any .htaccess file with php limit value in FI folder.

I've set the limit in php.ini temporarily to end the update ...
