[Fusioninventory-user] Inventory does not list the processor

Can you confirm you're running agent as root and you cron tasks are run by root user ?

Can you eventually provide a sample of /proc/cpuinfo file content and the output of the command "dmidecode --type 4" run on the same server ?

I should see with that if there's a reason FusionInventory Agent can't detect your CPU.

Thank you,

Hi Guillaume,

> do you mean this is a new problem with 2.4.1 agent as previous agent versions listed processor ? Do you have some computers for which processor is listed ?

This is the first time I use fusioninventory. I didn't try with older
versions.

The processor isn't listed on any of our computers

yes

no

I will do if you think it's a bug and not a configuration issue.
