Hi Charles, *,

Here's another patch that accomplishes three things:

1) Enable thread support in the Python wrapper.
2) Fix/add a couple things in hidwrap.py
3) Actually install hidwrap when doing make install.

Btw, here [1] is a link to the project that I use libhid for. It's been 
nothing but a joy to use.
