About libkdtree in vs2005

Hi,

If you modify the code to make it compile, could you do send me a
patch? I'll try to merge the differences with the master.

I took care to compile the library with "-ansi -pedantic -Wall" flags
which is supposed to make it compiler agnostic... I'm disappointed :-(
