0.6.3 - dont use it

Hi all,

Sorry, but after a bit more testing (that should've been done sooner), I've
found a few problems with 0.6.3, to do with find_nearest_if (I think thats
the extent of the problems)

Am tracing the latest bug now, and once it seems all ok, we'll organise a
0.6.4 release.
