TestKDtree.cpp C2512: 'std::pointer_to_binary_function<_Arg1, _Arg2, _Result>(..) no appropriate default constructor available

 Hello,

I'm from Brazil, and I was looking for a KD-Tree implementation to use on a
academical project, and libkdtree++_0.7.0 seemed  great but
I can't figure out how to solve the following error while compiling the
TestKDtree.


>C:\test\libkdtree++_0.7.0\kdtree++/kdtree.hpp(133) : error C2512:
'std::pointer_to_binary_function<_Arg1,_Arg2,_Result>::pointer_to_binary_function'
: no appropriate default constructor available
I'm using visual studio 2005.

Can you help me ?
