Summary: wish: detect colour capabilities of the terminal by means of terminfo/ncurses

Initial Comment:
We link minicom with libtinfo, which comes from ncurses
and uses the terminfo db. AFAIK, it is able to handle
colour the right way for any given terminal, without
the need for you to hard-code the ANSI-colour
sequences into the sources of minicom.

So, it'd be nice, if minicom detected how to show
colour (and whether to show it at all) without the '-c'
option, so that the user doesn't have to think about
it, at least when linked with libtinfo/ncurses.

The report concerns minicom 2.1 and 2.00.0 on GNU/Linux.
