Inspired by madduck's rants to this list, and his (much more coherent)
rants in his (excellent) book, I've been doing some thinking about
netconf again.

I've come up with a design for "ifupdown-ng" which looks like it might
solve lots of our problems, and I've written most of hard parts.

Over the next week and a half, I can either take some time to explain it
all here, or I can hack like fury to get enough code together to make it
run in time for FOSDEM, and explain it all over beers.

I'm sure it will all make much more sense with beer, so, who will be at
FOSDEM?

Cheers,

Simon.
