This is 16:30 UTC (5:30pm local daylight savings time), I presume?  Will
the video be streamed?  The above URL requires login, but I found
http://streams.video.debconf.org:8000/ from the DebConf7 website.  (I am
in North Carolina, USA.)

Also, the schedule linked from
https://debconf7.debconf.org/wiki/Schedule hasn't been updated to
reflect your talk.
