netconf control socket protocol: rfc822, xml-rpc, or dbus

OK, now just have a look at what has been proposed, and please
reconsider this decision. The dbus library is 300 KB of installed size,
with no additional dependency. And more importantly, it was specifically
designed for this kind of applications, and currently there is no other
solution that will do it so well.
