every page for an existing package should have a button  with an & sign:

e.g. on
http://neuro.debian.net/pkgs/afni.html
it leads to
http://neuro.debian.net/debian/extracts/afni/copyright
so you can deduce that all those extracted copyright files are available
from
http://neuro.debian.net/debian/extracts/
