[Neurodebian-users] Error while loading shared libraries: libnewimage.so

Sorry for interruption. I’m new to Linux as well as FSL. When I typed

 

                   fslchfiletype NIFTI_GZ filename

 

I’ve got an error message

 

                   /usr/share/fsl/4.1/bin/fslchfiletype_exe: error while
loading shared libraries: libnewimage.so: cannot open shared object file: No
such file or directory

 

I don’t know how to deal with it. Thanks in advance for any help.
