for a moment I became confused since I thought we have resolved this...
BUT apparently we haven't finished our dialog with Stephan and 2.1.0 was
never uploaded

Stefan -- I will upload as is (with minor addition of version
restriction in Build-Depends) so this new version will not be
present in older releases
